Our Flagship project truly began in 2022 when we purchased Gibson’s Inn, a cornerstone of historic downtown Annapolis. Before that, our story was written along the waterfront. We owned and restored two local marinas, including Pier 7 Marina, which was transformed from a forgotten piece of property into the beautiful resort marina it is today. Reflecting the true spirit of the Chesapeake.
That success inspired us to turn our attention inland, to the beating heart of our hometown. As lifelong Annapolitans, we take deep pride in this city — its history, its architecture, and its soul. We couldn’t ignore how many of the treasured buildings that tell Annapolis’s story were falling into disrepair. So, we set out to restore them, one by one, breathing new life into the charm that makes this town so special. We wanted to take care of our city the way it’s taken care of us.
Our timeline reflects that journey — years of dedication, progress, and purpose. And we’re just getting started. With more projects already underway and a shared passion for preservation, we’re committed to protecting the history that makes Annapolis shine.
